This full-time permanent role will focus on work in the London area however flexibility will be required for the role will as the location may vary outside of this region and between different working environments- e.g. building sites, bathroom showrooms, personal homes depending on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties
➢ Installing Shower Enclosures to an excellent standard
➢ Installation of Shower Enclosures in customers showrooms, end user’s homes.
➢ Surveying: Take detailed measurements of showering area. Including any possible obstructions, finalise specification of enclosure with customer.
➢ Service calls: Arrange visit with homeowner, identify the problem, carry out the repair work and/or recommend remedial work to the installer and complete paperwork
➢ Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers are given the best available solutions
➢ Receive phone calls on installation queries from customers and end user installers
➢ Maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenging circumstances like frustrated end-customers
➢ Work closely with the companies Quality Control and Design departments compiling product feedback from end-users and installers
➢ Conduct product training to industry professionals on how to install company’s products
➢ Support regional sales team to ensure customer service is kept at its highest level
➢ Manage time efficiently; working on your own initiative and documenting your work
➢ Working as part of a dynamic team; sales, technical sales, design and quality control departments
➢ Representing the business in a professional and positive manner at all time.

Qualifications and Skills
Would suit candidate with:
➢ Experience as Service Engineer, Plumber, Carpenter or technical trades person
➢ Full clean driving license
➢ CSCS (Training will be provided if successful candidate does not have)
➢ Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
➢ Ability to act using your own initiative and make informed decisions
➢ Good computer skills a benefit but not compulsory
➢ A desire to learn about our products, systems and customers
