Survey and Installation Service
We will visit your home to survey your shower space and advise on your specification.
Your enclosure will be manufactured to the precise measurements taken on site and installed by our expert installers.
Painstaking care is taken on site, with profiles adjusted to millimetre perfect lengths, to ensure you receive the best in fit and finish.

Tiering information
Products are grouped into tiers for pricing purposes.
- Tier 1 – Diptych, Genoa, Valletta & Alessi

- Tier 3 – Agave, Athena, Cadiz, Harmony, Napoli, Portofino, Rio, Venice, Ponente & Levant

Things to bear in mind
Before we are able to survey your site, your shower area must be finished, with wall tiles and shower tray installed. 10mm Frameless glass is heavy, therefore it is essential that there are appropriate grounds for our fixings wherever the shower screen meets a wall or ceiling.
The minimum requirement is 19mm thick ply behind plasterboard and pipes must not be run behind fixing points.
Terms and Conditions
Survey requirements are provided at the point of enquiry. Two working days notice is required to cancel and rebook appointments. Both surveys and installations cancelled with less notice will be charged at the aborted installation price. A decision maker must be present at both survey and installation for confirmation of specification and placement of enclosure, in addition to sign off both pre and post installation.
Management of the service
Your bathroom designer will provide Majestic with your product, address and contact details. Subsequently, we will contact you to arrange a site survey. When the site survey has been completed we will provide your designer with a comprehensive quote, taking into consideration exact dimensions and any other relevant information.
Oversized panels
Panels over 2.8m2 are considered oversized due to their weight and complexity to handle.
Enclosures with oversized panels will be highlighted following the site survey. They may require a courier service delivery in addition to a 3 man installation team, therefore oversized units will be subject to a surcharge.
